The Chinese New Year is fast approaching again, a time of festive celebrations, family, fun and of course beautiful, delicious food lovingly prepared and cooked for the ones we love and care about. Here is a selection of my favorite dishes on my menu for this New Years. 白糯米 | 适量 |
莲子 | 适量 |
葡萄干 | 适量 |
地瓜干 | 适量 |
蜜枣 | 适量 |
枸杞 | 适量 |
山楂糕 | 适量 |
豆沙馅 | 适量 |
花生油 | 适量 |
酱汁 | |
白糖 | 30g |
水 | 适量 |
水淀粉 | 200g |
八宝饭的做法
糯米提前用水浸泡半小时。
准备一口奶锅,倒入适量清水和糯米,开火加热至水开,稍加搅拌后过滤出糯米,冷却。
碗内涂油,按照自己的喜好装饰碗底。

铺上适量糯米,再放入豆沙,在顶部盖满糯米。

取一口蒸锅加入适量水,大火煮开后放入八宝饭中火蒸40-50分钟。
糯米饭放至稍凉后倒扣脱模。将糖汁食材放入炒锅中加热至粘稠,浇在八宝饭上。
小贴士
1. 糯米饭不要煮的时间太长,否则失去弹牙口感。2. 碗内涂无味植物油最佳。
3. 八宝饭蒸制时间取决于量的多少。
4. 脱模时只要碗的温度不烫手就迅速脱模。
