用料
武昌鱼 | 1条(大小适中) |
姜 | 1块 |
小葱 | 5根 |
大葱 | 1根 |
料酒 | 少许 |
盐 | 少许 |
蒸鱼豉油 | 两勺 |

年夜饭菜谱:清蒸武昌鱼的做法
鱼洗净擦干水份。

鱼头切下,减掉鱼尾和鱼鳍。

从背部切开,注意不要切断鱼腹。

腌好的鱼摆入盘。

鱼头放中间。

水开后入锅蒸10分钟关火,焖1分钟再接盖子,倒掉盘子里蒸出多余的水。
