一、简历中主次不分
很多简历,内容庞杂,形式混乱,贪多求全,恨不得把所有的事情都写上,结果,大杂烩,反倒让人搞不清楚究竟应聘者究竟想表达什么。不同的经历,展示不同的能力,同一经历,不同的描述,也能展示不同经历。写的混乱,只会让人觉得应聘者思维混乱、主次不分、目标不明。
你想成为什么样的人,就把自己塑造成什么样的人,不要奢望招聘者当伯乐。
二、重点不突出
对于应届生而言,阅历少、经验不足,但至少教育 背景会是一个亮点。在面试中发现,有的应聘者只言片语带过自己的教育背景,甚至将本科教育经历和硕士教育经历写在一行,很难发现是研究生。其实,企业对于 应届生的考察,并不是特别重视社会经验,关键在考察应届生的学习能力、适应能力、沟通能力和严谨程度。
三、面试重视程度不够
迟到是一种普遍现象。作为受过高等教育的群体,迟到应该事先电话告知。对时间尚且不重视的人,能指望他重视绩效、重视业绩吗?
书写混乱。一些应聘者在填表时,写的字实在令人不敢恭维。如果书法不好,可以把行距稍微大一些,至少不会把上下两行字插在一起、无法解读吧。
