1.篇幅。一般都是A4纸一页(另加一页英文),最多两页。招聘者每浏览一封简历的时间大概不会超过5秒,要阅读收到的上百份简历,没有时间看长篇大论。只会看几个主要的信息,如:年龄、毕业学校、专业、主要技能、主要工作经历等等。
