到了终面的时候,一般都是企业的主管或是老总来给你面试了,那么 如何面对公司老总面试 呢?首先,要始终保持高度的注意力、缜密的思维力、敏锐的判断力、充沛的精力,赢的老总的认可。然后是要明确老总面试的目的,老总面试无非有三点:一是看你是否是三心两意的人;二是看你你是否有干劲;三是看你是否有专业能力。其次是既要淡化面试的成败意识也要有忧患意识。不要觉得HR的面试你都通过了,老总的面试不过是一个过程而已,因此而过于自信 ,表现出轻浮与不尊重。
