用料
酥皮 | 半块(可参考我的视频6和视频184怎样做千层酥皮) |
粗粒砂糖 | 20g |
幼砂糖 | 20g |
巧克力 | 50g(可选) |
蝴蝶酥 Puff Pastry Butterfly Cookie的做法
准备食材
把酥皮擀成40X20cm厚度约5mm的长方型。
将两种砂糖混合在一起均匀的撒在酥皮上,并用擀面杖把砂糖压进酥皮中。
将不整齐酥皮边缘切掉。
将酥皮按视频中的方式折叠好,中间涂上水使两边可以粘合在一起。然后送进冰箱冷藏15-20分钟。
预热烤箱到190度。将酥皮从冰箱取出后切成1cm厚的小段。
将切好的蝴蝶酥外面裹上砂糖放在铺好烘焙纸的烤盘上,整形,表面再撒上剩余的砂糖。
把蝴蝶酥整形后送入烤箱的中层偏上的位置190度烤10分钟。
翻面再烤5分钟即可。
取出蝴蝶酥室温放置5分钟后顶部蘸融化的巧克力装饰即可。
