曾经每次路过85度C,就缠着某人给我买芝士球,9块大洋7小个,吃下去全是浓浓奶酪味,特别的喜欢,现在家里有了烤箱和面包机,突然怀念起那个味道,于是网上搜了方子,赶紧试做几个吃吃看,没想到太美味了,某人早上连吃6个,下次做一定要加2倍的方子,不然真不够吃,哈哈~~~

用料
奶油奶酪 | 125克 |
淡奶油 | 45+25克 |
柠檬汁 | 2.5克 |
白砂糖 | 30克 |
蛋黄 | 2个 |
玉米淀粉 | 10克 |
黄油(刷模具用) | 适量 |
仿85度C的芝士球的做法
将25克淡奶油+柠檬汁2.5克搅拌均匀,放入冰箱冷藏室静置半小时备用

黄油微波炉加热至融化,用刷子涂抹硅胶模具内壁,将面糊倒入裱花袋,剪一小口,将面糊挤入模具中
