鸡胸肉 | 3块 |

淀粉 | 2勺 |
盐 | 适量 |
料酒 | 适量 |
面粉 | 适量 |
炸粉 | 适量,没有也没关系 |
食用油 | 适量 |
胡椒粉 | 最后撒一点 |
蕃茄酱 | 看你爱好啦 |
香酥炸鸡胸肉的做法
准备三块鸡胸肉,洗干净

切成条,放在盆中

加料酒和盐,用手抓匀,腌制20分钟,盐的量自己控制吧,我放了两勺,就是盐罐子配的那种大小的勺子

这个时候两个鸡蛋打成液体,面粉准备好,面粉可以厚也可以薄,我差不多就是挂了一薄层,大家可以根据自己的情况调整。

鸡肉腌制好后放入生粉,抓匀

打好的鸡蛋液倒入,抓匀

然后分三次放面粉,分别抓匀,面粉厚一点也挺好吃的

最后放入一些炸粉,不要太多,主要是个香味,我只有炸猪排的粉了,凑和放一点,没有也没关系。这个时候我还放了半勺盐,确保外层也有咸味

热油,全程大火,油多一点,至少淹没鸡肉吧

油烫下锅炸,油多不会焦,不要担心这方面,炸至金黄取出。这是最后一波,所以显得油少了

最后一批炸好后,把之前炸的一起倒入锅中一起翻一下,确保同一温度出锅
