养胃山药猪肚汤、猪肚鸡汤(含猪肚清洗方法)的做法
猪肚汤要味道正跟肥肠一样,功夫关键要用在洗上面,洗的方法跟洗猪大肠一样, 买来的猪肚内面在外,猪肚放入盆里用清火冲洗掉表面污物,加入面粉(不放水)搓洗猪肚,各种抓,揉,捏,搓,抓久一点然后放清水继续搓洗,把面粉洗干净后,再放盐(不放水)继续搓洗,洗15-20分钟左右冲水洗净,接着放入醋重复前面的动作(抓,揉,捏,搓洗),搓洗15-20分钟左右冲水洗净,再放入料酒(不放水)继续搓洗15-20分钟左右冲水洗净,再切姜丝放进去搓洗15-20分钟左右,清水洗净,一直洗到猪肚清爽无异味,水清澈见底就大功告成了。
