用料
鱼头 | 1个 |
番茄 | 1个 |
葱 | 适量 |
盐 | 适量 |
酱油 | 2勺 |
姜片 | 适量 |
鲜鱼头汤的做法
番茄切小块备用,鱼头用盐料酒姜片腌制十五分钟

锅热倒油,把鱼头鱼尾煎至两面金黄

煎至微黄就可以了,煎过再炖不会那么腥,而且炖出来的汤颜色比较好看

煎过鱼的油烧热倒入番茄,加盐翻炒出汁,加入开水煮沸
