汤虽然辣,但还是在能接受范围内,泡菜虽然煮过了,吃起来还是有点脆,口感很好,各种杂菜放在一起,味道真的是好极了。非常推荐的一道菜啊,周末大家可以试试。

2.放点肉丝可以给汤增加点肉香的同时,让汤也会更鲜美;

准备好一块北豆腐(我们南方豆腐含水量大,易碎,北豆腐就是含水量少)

把北豆腐切成块状

小贴士
1.北豆腐要煎过会更香,煎到两面金黄的话一定要有点耐心,不能开大火,煎糊了就不好吃了;2.放点肉丝可以给汤增加点肉香的同时,让汤也会更鲜美;
