午睡后饿了就想起来这道甘梅地瓜条,不想点外卖于是就自己做了,做法简单。在家里也能做出好吃的味道。

用料
红薯 | 1个 |
油 | 500克 |
玉米淀粉 | 50克 |
面粉 | 50克 |
牛奶 | 5克 |
白砂糖 | 5克 |
泡打粉 | 2克 |
自制甘梅地瓜条的做法
准备红薯(地瓜)一个,削皮备用

斜刀切1cm厚的片

切棒,宽度也是1cm左右

清水泡洗,洗掉多余的薯粉。并晾干红薯(地瓜)上面的水份。

晾干表面水分的地瓜里加入少量牛奶(约2勺),两勺糖,拌匀(这步是为了增加地瓜条的奶香味,口感会更好)

面粉、玉米淀粉1:1混合,一小勺泡打粉,混合均匀

将上一步混合好的面粉类倒入地瓜条里,用手抓匀

抓匀后的地瓜条,(盛放地瓜条的容器里不要有多余水分)保持每根地瓜条上的糊状物都是粘稠的,不要像汤一样。如果不粘稠的话就继续加入面粉和玉米淀粉

锅内放油,加热至200度左右,放入地瓜条,避免地瓜条粘住,用筷子翻搅。炸5分钟即可。捞出后有脆脆的声音就代表炸好了。

炸好后盛出备用

锅内油继续保持200°,将刚刚炸好的放入复炸15秒,盛出即可,撒入甘梅粉,或者不撒也依旧好吃????
