用料
板栗 | 500克 |
玉米油 | 5克 |
冰糖 | 适量克 |
水 | 200毫升 |
以秋风之名遇见桂花糖烤板栗(超简单烤箱版)的做法
板栗洗净,沥干水分。

每个板栗记得都要切个口子,否则在烤箱里会炸开。

抹上玉米油,烤箱180度先烤个15分钟~

桂花洗净,真香呢~

冰糖加适量水煮开,再放入桂花熬到粘稠,加入烤过的板栗搅拌均匀。
再次放入烤箱烤10分钟左右(具体时间根据自家烤箱温度调节)
