准备食材,小米提前用水泡40分钟

少量多次加入面粉,我用的是萌天天的南瓜鹰嘴豆面粉,可以换成普通面粉来做

搅拌均匀,滴落纹路不消失即可

盖上保鲜膜放到40度的温水锅里发酵至2倍大,我大概发了50分钟,也可以常温发酵
