用料
鸡蛋 | 2个(只用蛋黄哦) |
玉米油 | 200克 |
盐 | 3克 |
小苏打 | 3克 |
泡打粉 | 3克 |
糖 | 100克 |
面粉(我用的普通面粉) | 300克 |
黑芝麻 | 5克 |
淀粉 | 2勺 |
无猪油桃酥(简单、快捷)的做法
将面粉、小苏打、泡打粉、淀粉放在一个容器里

将事先准备好的蛋黄、玉米油、糖、盐放在一个容器内,进行搅拌均匀

倒入面粉内

将烤箱内的托盘包上一层锡纸

取一小块揉好的面粉,先揉成圆形○,再放手心,压扁(注意哦,中间一定要有一点凹陷,便于放芝麻,用小勺子轻轻按压) 因为我家的烤箱比较小,所以一次性只能烤四块

烤箱,170°,预热两分钟

170°,烤20分钟,就可以出锅了(由于每个人的烤箱不一样,所以建议不要离开哦,要时刻关注哦,防止烤糊了)
