准备好材料,蔓越莓切碎

120克黄油软化到按压就能按开,加入70克糖粉,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀

50克全蛋液分三次加入,每次加入用手动打蛋器搅匀

分次筛入230克低筋面粉,用刮刀压拌至无干粉状态,必要时可以带一次性手套用手抓捏均匀(也不能过度搅拌,会导致起筋,就不酥脆)

倒入60克碎蔓越莓压拌均匀

把面团整形成长条形,这里我用的U型模具,更方便,包个保鲜膜,方便脱模出来。

放冰箱冷冻1小时后,取出来切片,厚度大概0.5厘米

切好了,摆到烤盘上,每块饼干要保持一定距离,烤的时候饼干会胀大(我的烤箱38升烤盘要烤2盘)

烤箱一定要预热,预热好后放入烤箱中层,上下火170度,15分钟(每个烤箱温度有差异,时间不一定一样,看到表面微金黄就可以出炉)

上色后出炉
