太古黄冰糖 | 280-310克 |
洛神花 | 8朵 |
加了洛神花的桃子果酱的做法
桃子挑硬些的,水里加些盐放入桃子泡会儿,搓洗干净!

桃子削皮,(皮不要丢掉等会儿要用),将果肉切成小丁!

放入盆中,倒入黄冰糖(冰箱根据桃子甜度决定,我的这些桃子比较甜,所以加了280克)

挤上一个柠檬汁,拌均匀腌制30分钟,如果不急就腌4-5小时)

先将桃子倒入锅中,倒入150克水再放了3朵冲洗干净的洛神花,煮至桃皮软烂,汁水变红,去渣取汁!

将汁水倒腌好的桃子中,放入剩下的洛神花开始熬吧!

刚开始电陶炉开最大火熬20分钟!

然后转中小火熬40分钟!

熬到粘稠最后开小火熬20分钟!

最后状态很粘稠,果肉部分透明,用手指在搅拌板上划会留下很明显的痕迹!

放凉会更粘稠,装果酱的瓶子提前消毒晾干净,无水无油,这样才不容易坏!
