用料
牛奶 | 400ml |
幼砂糖 | 40g |
香草精 | 1½ 茶勺tsp |
吉利丁粉 | 4茶勺tsp |
凉水 | 30ml |
香草牛奶冻 Milk Jelly的做法
准备食材
吉利丁粉里加入30ml凉水,刚刚可以溶化吉利丁粉就可以。
将奶和糖倒入奶锅中加热直到糖全部溶化。将溶化好的吉利丁加入到热奶中直到全部溶化,然后加入香草精并搅拌均匀。
牛奶过滤后倒入提前准备好的模具或小碗中,放入冰箱冷藏直到固定,大约需要4个小时以上。
把牛奶冻比模具中拿出来,浇上自己喜欢的酱汁就可以食用了。
