8寸活底蛋糕 | |
奥利奥巧克力饼干 | 130g |
溶化的无盐黄油 | 40g |
奶油奶酪Cream Cheese | 500g室温软化 |
淡奶油 | 30g |
细砂糖 | 100g |
普通面粉 | 2汤勺tbsp |
大鸡蛋 | 3个 |
香草精 | 1茶勺tsp |
百香果 | 2个 |
装饰淡奶油 | 少许 |
纽约芝士蛋糕 New York Cheese Cake的做法
准备食材
用食物料理机将奥利奥饼干打碎,然后加入溶化的黄油搅拌均匀。
把饼干碎倒入模具中铺平压实后放到冰箱冷藏。
把室内软化的奶油奶酪(Cream Cheese)倒入厨师机内打散,然后按顺序依次加入糖、鸡蛋、淡奶油、面粉、香草精和百香果汁搅拌到均匀丝滑无结块(大约6-7分钟)。
烤箱预热到180度,把冷藏好的饼干底从冰箱拿出来,倒入奶酪糊再震两下然后放到烤箱烤50分钟左右。
烤好的蛋糕开始不是太固定,需要放在室温下凉透以后放到冰箱冷藏数小时。
从冰箱取出芝士蛋糕,用打发好的淡奶油做装饰即可。
