柠檬????百香果酸辣凤爪的做法
新鲜鸡爪买回来用盐水泡半小时;

鸡爪冷水下过,放入姜片,葱,煮15分钟左右。

煮好的鸡爪马上倒入冰水中浸泡几分钟;

泡好的柠檬百香果酸辣凤爪,非常开胃,我用了5根小米辣,辣度一般,喜欢辣的,可以多放一点。
