此方子可包拳头大小30个左右(我包的比较小)

用料
粽叶 | 70片 |
精品前尖或梅花肉 | 800克 |
糯米(长、圆都行) | 2000克 |
腌肉调料: | |
生抽 | 10勺 |
老抽 | 5勺 |
蚝油 | 6勺 |
五香粉 | 1小勺 |
白胡椒粉 | 1小勺 |
白糖 | 1小勺 |
鸡精 | 1勺(可不加) |
葱姜蒜 | 适量 |
腌米调料 | |
生抽 | 10勺 |
老抽 | 2勺 |
盐 | 2小勺 |
糖 | 2小勺 |
粽子(猪肉咸粽)的做法
肉洗净,切大块,加入所有腌肉调料,蒜可以多加点

抓匀,盖上保鲜膜放入冷藏室腌制一夜

第二天,把糯米浸泡2个小时,然后沥干水份,加入所有调味料拌匀腌制半小时

接下来就是包粽子了,取两张粽叶(可以防止粽子在煮的过程里炸开)在中间处向上折一点点,然后再拧一下粽叶

底部就是这个样子滴……(可以防止漏米)

底部填入一勺糯米,然后再放上肉

最后上面再铺上两勺糯米

大拇指和中指往里夹一下,夹出个角来

另一只手把另一侧叶子盖上,左手的大拇指和中指把叶子捏住

右手把多余的叶子向里折

最后用绳子扎好,电压力锅压30分钟后焖2小时以上再出锅
