用料
干粽叶 | 煮后清洗干净 |
糯米 | 浸泡或不泡都可以 |
棉绳 | 比草绳好用太多了 |
新鲜大粽叶 | 不用煮清洗干净即可 |
五花肉 | 切长条腌制至少一小时以上 |
脱皮绿豆 | 不需浸泡只清洗即可用 |
板栗 | 随意 |
五香粉 | 腌肉用 |
食用碱 | 适量,泡糯米用 |

换一头,交叉折,粽子中间刚好有一个交叉的挺型
