粽子包法之三小脚粽的做法
把鲜粽叶的叶鞘残留用剪刀剪去,放入开水中煮10~15分钟,叶子柔软不会断裂后取出,放入自来水里冷却,洗净后备用。

糯米淘洗干净,沥去水。要加的辅料洗净备用。

包法拿三张粽叶相互叠压1/2左右,用右手中指和食指夹住粽叶根部,左手握住粽叶中下端,弯成圆锥形的喇叭口。不能搞反,除非你是左撇子。

每个粽子放1~2颗枣子,取米放满喇叭口。

包好了!放压力锅里加水,烧开冒汽出声,改小火计时25~30分钟,到时关火闷到压力锅安全阀落下,安全状态下打开锅盖,取出粽子。
