准备食材,咸鸭蛋我喜欢买生的咸鸭蛋磕出蛋黄。干粽叶的话要提前浸泡一夜,鲜粽叶不用。糯米提前浸泡三小时,放入酱汁腌渍3小时。五花肉倒入白酒揉捏至白酒吸收,去腥。加入酱汁腌渍5-6小时。
