2、新鲜的粽叶洗干净煮一下,包的时候才不容易破裂,如用的是干的粽叶要提前一天先用水浸泡后再煮;
3、西米不要用水浸泡,洒适量的水便于白糖溶化,使西米能均匀吸收即可;
4、粽子的大小可视叶子的大小而定,包裹不要太紧,松一点口感更软糯;

西米豆沙水晶粽的做法
提前做好的红豆沙馅料取出解冻备用

粽叶清洗干净,放入锅中煮一下

将白砂糖倒入西米中混合均匀,洒入适量的清水,有助于白糖溶化并使西米吸收水分,但不能浸泡,避免西米散开

换个方向拿,将叶尖朝上

将下面的叶片向上折起,左边的叶片向右折起
