糯米6斤洗洗然后泡6-7小时,沥干水分备用, 糯米调味➕泡好的花生(花生米350-400克)➕盐35克➕生抽200克➕老抽15克➕食用油油200 花生泡6-7小时

糯米调味我一般会加这个????????佐料,6斤糯米加一包半(一包25克)

五花肉2斤➕盐➕生抽➕老抽,盐量就按你平时做菜的分量加入
干香菇100-120克泡发,然后切成条状,一个粽子包3-5条香菇

按这个分量我包了45个粽子 五花肉香菇蛋黄30个,五花肉香菇板栗15个
每个重量160-170克左右

粽子叶的处理 1.先把前端处剪掉,以免包的时候把叶子扎烂 2.用温水浸泡发软,然后一片一片的清洗,洗干净后,用开水泡5分钟或者在锅里煮一会也可以的 3.叶子我就在市场买的,按斤卖的,6斤糯米买两扎叶子够用了,尽量挑叶子大一点的,大叶子好包

用燃气高压锅隔水煮上气后转中火40分钟
