用料
蛋黄 | 2个 |
玉米淀粉 | 3克(我是看着大概放的,没有称) |
奶粉 | 3勺(用的爱他美3段) |
柠檬汁或者白醋 | 2~3滴 |
油纸或者烤箱专用硅胶垫 | 1张 |
裱花袋 | 1只 |
蛋黄溶豆的做法
蛋清蛋黄分离,蛋清放一边,下个菜单会用到哦
准备好烤盘和裱花袋,铺好硅胶垫

用硅胶铲快速混合均匀,要翻拌,不要画圆,不用硅胶铲也可以,但是会刮的不干净,碗上剩下好多,别问我怎么知道的????

把拌匀的糊糊装到裱花袋中,下方剪一个小口,一定不要太大

开始挤糊糊了,可以先挤一两个试试大小,慢慢就挤均匀了,挤到一半的时候打开烤箱预热,上下管100度,热风循环,定时50—60分钟,挤完糊糊烤箱也差不多预热好了,开始吧
不了解自家烤箱脾气的话到后期要勤看着点,避免烤糊
