小米椒 | 15克 |
泡椒 | 20克 |
泡椒水 | 50克 |
花椒 | 10克 |
香料包 | 一包(14克) |
水 | 1000克 |
泡鸭爪的做法
材料备齐待用;

调料包(八角、草果、橘皮、小茴香、月桂、姜、甘草)一共14克。可以自己搭配,为了方便我直接买现成的香料包;

锅中放入1000克水放香料包大火煮开转小火煮15分钟,煮好放一边放凉待用;

锅中放姜片和刚煮过的香料包,倒入少许料酒煮中火18分钟,减少腥味;

煮好的鸭爪,在水龙头下冲下15-20分钟,把油清洗干净,减少腥味;

清洗晾干水分备用;
