????锅里加400克水烧开,加入150克片糖熬至完全融化,关火

????新手一定要关火❗️❗️❗️关火后,迅速加入两勺生浆,搅拌均匀,可以看到糖水开始变得粘稠。这是熟浆(加入生浆前需搅拌均匀再舀!!!勺子用一般的汤勺即可,我用的是电饭锅赠送的汤勺)
