味达美鲜酱油 | 1½汤勺tbsp |
米醋 | 1汤勺tbsp |

蔬菜切粗丝

蒜瓣切粗粒,干辣椒剪成小段放在小碗里,浇上烧热的油备用。

把切好的蔬菜放到一个大碗里,加入调味料拌匀然后尝尝味道需要的话继续调味,最后放入花生米。
