昨天去吃了只烤鸭,就把鸭架打包回来了,店里一鸭三吃,会除了卷饼吃的鸭肉外,会有干煸椒盐鸭架跟鸭汤,如果打包鸭架就只有卷着吃的鸭肉了,自己回来做的的干煸鸭架跟鸭架汤会比店里浓郁的不知多少倍
所以我一半做了白萝卜鸭架汤,一半做了干煸椒盐架

热锅把鸭架放入翻炒,至微出油,盛出到砂锅 煸鸭架的同时,锅里烧一锅开水

煸好的鸭架放入砂锅,同时放入白萝卜块,姜片,葱结,料酒,加入烧开的开水

水mo过食材,盖上盖子,大火煮开,最小火慢炖一个半小时,好了之后,关火加入盐适量
