把准备好的花生米清洗好倒入碗中

加入开水浸泡3分钟

倒出浸泡花生米的水后,加入一勺五香粉一勺盐(花生米若是太多,请自己增加五香粉和盐的量哦。????我今天用到的花生米大概在300克,所以只放了一勺盐和五香粉)

用筷子把花生米和五香粉盐巴拌匀腌制5分钟

热锅,倒入适量的食用盐炒热。(稍微翻炒一下即可,不用炒的太久)

倒入腌制好的花生米入锅翻炒。切记翻炒花生米一定一定一定记得用小火翻炒,(重要的事情说三遍????)也一定要守着翻炒,不然很容易炒糊。

这是刚倒入锅中时翻炒的样子。不用担心,多翻炒一下,花生米上没有水份了盐巴就会脱落的。

翻炒大概10分钟即可出锅不需要再放任何调料。
