用料
全蛋液 | 25克 |
玉米油 | 50克 |
糖粉 | 15克 |
细砂糖 | 10克 |
盐 | 1克 |
低筋面粉 | 85克 |
植物油版儿童曲奇的做法
除低筋面粉,其余食材全部放入打蛋盆中!

用电动打蛋器打至全部乳化,没有明显油花,大概5分钟左右

然后加入低筋面粉

切拌均匀,注意不要翻拌过度,避免起筋!

然后放入裱花袋里,裱花袋提前放好裱花嘴(我用的樱花????嘴)套在杯子上!

烤盘提前铺油纸或者油布,挤出形状,入烤箱,150度15分钟(烤箱提前10分钟预热)温度请根据自家烤箱调整
