用料
无盐黄油 | 85g |
低筋面粉 | 85g |
玉米淀粉 | 80g |
糖粉 | 30g |
熟蛋黄 | 2个 |
盐 | 1g(可选择性添加) |

将黄油拿出来室温软化,处理熟蛋黄,将蛋黄用勺子碾碎,越碎越好,然后放在一旁备用;(鸡蛋一定要煮熟透,不能是溏心蛋)

将软化好的黄油搅拌均匀,软化的状态是用手轻轻一戳能戳出洞,且中间没有硬块,然后加入糖粉打至发白,体积变大即可;

依次倒入盐、碾碎的蛋黄、过筛的面粉、过筛的玉米淀粉,搅拌均匀;(每加一样材料都要搅拌均匀后再加下一样)

搅匀之后倒出,用手轻轻揉成面团装入保鲜袋,放入冰箱冷藏40分钟;

取出,分成5~8g的小圆球,用手指按开,按至出现裂纹即可;

放入预热好的烤箱中,上火180℃,下火150℃,烤16分钟;(具体烘烤时间和温度根据烤箱情况或成品状态进行调整)
