用料
蛋黄 | 3个 |
牛奶 | 90克 |
淡奶油 | 100克 |
白砂糖 | 15克 |
法式烤布蕾(喜茶甜品版本)的做法
准备好所需要的用料和工具(蛋黄事先跟蛋清分离好,蛋清不要浪费了,可以留着做一个蛋白炒饭)

首先将白砂糖倒入鸡蛋黄里面

用打蛋器搅拌均匀直到糖融化。

准备好一个干净的小锅,倒入准备好的淡奶油,

再加入鲜牛奶,小火加入(注意是小火哦)

加热到边边有小气泡即可,不要沸腾哦!

放凉后将混合液倒入蛋黄中

用打蛋器搅拌均匀

过滤一下倒进准备好的布丁碗里(过滤完会更加细腻 口感会更滑呢)这是做两个布蕾的量我分成三份是为了不让我女儿一次吃太多!

然后就可以放进已经预热好的烤箱里,作用“水浴法”往烤盘里加一点开水,这样烤完会更水嫩~(烤箱设定为上下火180度,30分钟)

30mins后,出炉啦!
