1⃣️芋泥切小块,微波炉叮4min,叮熟
2⃣️加入低脂奶,将芋泥用料理机打成泥。也可以用叉子压成泥。放多少牛奶根据自己的喜好,我喜欢流动性强一点的,所以多放牛奶~

3⃣️将牛奶倒入燕麦片,浸过燕麦片即可
4⃣️盒子里先放一层燕麦片,再铺一层芋泥,再铺一层燕麦片,再铺一层芋泥,撒上肉松完成✅
