红豆粽子都是把豆子泡一泡和米一起包的,这回琢磨着先把红豆做成蜜豆再包制试试,家里正好还有些糖桂花,再放上蜜枣,味道还真是美极!软糯的米、沙沙的蜜豆、甜美的桂花和枣,和着粽叶的清香,某人一口气吃六七个不过瘾!

桂花蜜豆蜜枣粽子的做法
红豆淘洗干净,加水浸泡一晚

控净水,放入锅内,加同量的水煮至水干,将豆子煮到用手捻烂即可

加入适量白糖,蜂蜜拌匀,放入冰箱冷藏一晚

粽叶洗干净后用开水稍烫软后捞出剪掉头尾备用

从粽叶的一边对折卷成圆锥筒
