煮赤豆粽的秘诀:
不需要高压锅
煮开20分钟关火焖半天,再煮开20分钟焖。第二天起来20分钟。
就好啦!
每年娘亲都会做好多粽子。这就使得我家除了时令时有的啃,冰箱里还冻一堆,连过年都有的吃了。正是有现成的吃,所以我就没培养得了这项技艺。但是中华传统小吃还是要继承的,开始学起来吧~~

用料
小红豆 | 土的小豆子泡三个小时,反正不用泡开 |
糯米 | 淘洗好 |
芦叶 | 尽量宽些长些,用前用开水从细梢烫起 |
红枣 | |
如果想吃其他口味,自行添加增减 | |
穿针 |
不捆线的穿粽子的做法
芦叶靠近秆子的地方剪平,理顺后放入大桶或者大盆里用开水浸烫。注意水要从细头浇起,直至水没过全部叶子。

浸泡软后,开始选叶。尽量选宽的,叶中的筋脉突出的一面朝外。根据叶子宽窄,选择2~4张叶子。略带重叠后,要使整体呈三角状。

用食指和中指夹住叶头,向内卷起,呈漏斗。

灌米灌料,想吃什么馅儿,放什么的。注意如果要吃豆沙馅儿,要在豆沙外裹一些熟的糯米,不然靠近豆沙的地方永远煮不熟。

粽叶包上去,左手要注意捏着粽子的力道。太紧会让粽子变扁,太松煮的时候漏水。
