桃子 | 3个(约500克) |
糖/代糖 | 50~60克 |
柠檬汁 | 5克 |

装果酱的玻璃罐用开水烫一下(消毒)并空干水分
????桃子洗净,去皮去核
????把原来桃核部位的深粉色部分挖去

糖和柠檬汁称重

称重后的糖和柠檬汁倒入桃丁中,拌匀,腌制一会儿

小火熬制,期间不断用锅铲/橡皮刮刀搅拌,均匀受热,熬到自己喜欢的稠度就行
????我用的是电磁炉,开的是300档
