用料
蜜豆 | 一袋 |
蜜红豆 | 一袋 |
糯米 | 3斤 |
水 | 适量 |
粽叶 | 60片 |
端午安康☞粽子(蜜豆粽♥附包粽子视频)的做法
糯米洗干净用凉水浸泡三个小时,用手可以碾碎就是泡好了,粽叶或苇子叶在锅里煮10分钟左右,洗干净备用!

蜜豆和蜜红豆和泡好的糯米混合(如果没有蜜红豆只用你都就可以,也很好吃)

粽叶底部要用剪刀剪掉,不然会把粽子扎破!

两片粽叶(我用的是外面一层一片粽叶里面一层是两片苇子叶)叠在一起,往里折成一个小漏斗,装上米,压实!
如果做的是蜜枣或是小枣的在漏斗底部放一颗枣就不会漏米了,然后放一把米,再放两颗枣,再放一把米,就可以封口

绑绳,不用绑的特别的紧,煮的过程中你还会膨胀,绑太紧米会漏出来,但是也不能松松垮垮的,不然还没有煮就已经散了!

剪掉多余的粽叶,不然容易散,也容易扎破粽子

加足量的水

粽子上面要盖上个东西,防止粽子在沸水中会散!

大火烧开,小火慢慢煮,一个半小时到两个小时就好了,中间一定要关注别把水烧干!

煮好了,一个都没破,现在就可以吃了,再关火闷上几个小时会更软糯
