用料
糯米 | 2000克 |
五花肉 | 750克 |
粽叶 | 50片约250克 |
老抽 | 一大勺 |
盐 | 适量克 |
味精 | 2-3克 |
料酒 | 2大勺 |
稍粗的白色纱线 | 8米 |
食用碱 | 40克 |
五花肉粽子的做法
将糯米淘洗干净浸泡3-4小时,加食用碱20克一起泡

五花肉洗干净切3*4cm大小的厚块
