三角水晶蜜枣粽的做法
粽叶因为是新鲜的,所以要先用水煮一下,让叶子更柔软,方便操作,包的时候不会那么容易破。西米不要提前泡,注意是不要泡!包粽子之前稍微过一下水就好了。

取2~3片叶子(视你要包的粽子大小而定),并排贴合放好,然后弯成如图的尖角,捏紧上端的叶子

往粽叶里放西米,先放一点,用细筷子轻轻插几下,填满下面的小尖角,拆开的粽子尖角才会紧实漂亮。然后填一半左右的西米,放入一颗蜜枣

填满西米,稍微用手压紧实

左手握住整个粽子尖角部分保持不动,右手把上方多余叶子往下压,盖住粽子,左手食指马上配合压好粽叶,保持这个动作

左手全程要稳,不要乱动。食指继续压住上方粽叶右手配合把粽子顶部大三角左边的叶子收拢来盖紧,然后左手大拇指压紧

现在来收另外一边,重复刚刚右手配合压好粽叶的动作,然后中指或者无名指压好另一边

把两边多余的叶子捏紧,然后往一边收起来,多余的可以顺着粽子的面包起来

把叶子收完以后,左手捏紧整个粽子不要松,右手拿线,从中间绑起来。

包好的粽子入锅,加入没过所有粽子的水,水烧开以后转小火,慢慢煮大概45分钟—1小时,就可以吃啦。千万不要用大火,不然粽子容易散。
