普通面粉1 | 300g |
温水 | 170g左右 |
普通面粉2 | 约50g |
油 | 稍多一些 |
葱花 | 一碗 |
大料 | 两个 |
盐 | 适量 |

面粉1和温水揉成光滑的面团,醒半小时。揉面不要加盐!

醒面的时候来做油酥。锅里热油,放入一部分葱花,两个大料

炸过的葱和大料不要,只把油倒入面粉2中,边倒边搅拌,油酥就烫好了
