买了四斤香芋,蒸好后两斤做芋泥,剩下的就随手做了饼子,材料也没称,按自己的喜好调~感觉怎么做都会好吃吧,刚做好的表面脆脆内心软糯敲好吃????冷了就用平底锅再加热一下~

芋泥隔水蒸好后,稍微晾到不烫手,戴上一次性手套????抓!期间用牛奶调和面团干湿,抓到能成团,且面团表面细腻。
