用料
面粉 | 500克 |
开水 | 适量 |
盐 | 适量 |
油 | 适量 |
家传秘方烙饼????的做法
面放入干净的盆里、一定要用烧开的水、接着用筷子把面粉搅成絮状、水的用量根据面的多少来估计、稀释度一定要把握好、烫好的面不能硬要越软越好,也不能成稀糊糊哈、就像图中一样软硬度适中就好、然后再把面全部揉成图中一样

把面团揉到10分钟的样子就用盆或者干净的盖子把揉好的面团盖住、忘记拍图了、这一步叫醒面

差不多一个小时、面醒好了、接着再揉面团、一定要把面团揉的很光滑、大概要揉10斤分钟、就图片那样揉好后分成几大块就可以

接着就是把烙饼的锅准备好、把其中一个面团用擀面杖擀成圆形、不能太厚也不能太薄、倒入一点食用油、和一勺盐抹均匀

然后从一边卷起来后成一根长长的棒子

轻轻的压成一个圆饼

锅里放少许油、把饼放在锅里、一会儿看见饼面变色有点透明的那种颜色就翻一面、这时候把锅盖盖上
