绿豆汤大家肯定都喝过,这个方子不需要泡绿豆,就能喝到绵绵的绿豆汤,整个过程大约一小时左右~

用料
绿豆 | 150克 |
清水(分两次加入) | 2300克 |
冰糖/白砂糖 | 110-130克 |
消暑解渴绿豆汤(软糯流沙)的做法
绿豆150g用清水洗干净

锅中倒入适量的水先大火煮沸(水量随意多少啦,能没过绿豆就行)

倒入洗干净的绿豆再次煮沸后关火

捞出绿豆,倒掉烫过绿豆的水

再把刚刚除好涩的绿豆放入锅中,倒入大约800g清水,倒入的水没过绿豆3cm就行,不能太多也不能太少
♥️配方中倒入绿豆一起煮的水一共是2300g,这里用了800g还剩1500g水到第8步再加进去

开大火煮沸后转中火

中火煮到绿豆爆开,水分快没有了(这一步就是出沙的关键步骤啦)

再倒入1500g清水煮沸

煮沸后再煮15分钟(这里不喜欢绿豆皮的盆友可以把它捞出来)

加入冰糖或者白砂糖(110g-130g之间)
我不喜欢太甜,加的110g,大家最好尝一下甜度按自己喜好添加

加完糖再煮大约15分钟

感觉差不多就可以关火了,放凉后进冰箱冰镇一下更好喝
