洗黄豆,洗完后泡7-8个小时,这种工序通常放晚上做,睡一觉就泡好啦

把泡发好的豆子,加入水,倒进料理解打烂,水是泡发后的豆子体积的2.5倍,也就是一碗豆的话就放两碗半的水,搅拌到豆渣没有颗粒感为准。

隔渣,剩下的渣可以混些红薯粉和红糖做成Q弹豆渣饼,又或者加入鸡蛋面粉火腿做成黄豆饼,我为什么不做,因为太累了,差点连这个腐竹都不想做了,哈哈哈

隔渣完毕后就可以开煮了,用大火可以快些

煮开后去掉浮沫
