米饭加寿司醋、盐,拌匀~

大根沥干水~
火腿肠对半切开,再分纵向分三份~
黄瓜切成和火腿肠粗细差不多的条~
紫甘蓝或生菜切丝~
胡萝卜(我没加)切成比黄瓜略细的条,可用水焯一下断生~

竹帘洗净、沥干水或用厨房用纸擦干~

取一张波力烤海苔片~

依次加入步骤2的各种料,还可以加沙拉酱、肉松……
从近侧卷起压实,一边压实一边逐渐往远侧卷,最后边缘如果容易开,可以用少量水沾湿就固定好了~
