西瓜皮 | 四分之一个 |
盐 | 约5克 |
糖 | 约15克 |
醋 | 少量 |
腌西瓜皮(简单粗暴版;副产品西瓜汁)的做法
西瓜切大块,削去瓜馕(别切太干净,留三五毫米厚)

加入糖、盐,倒入些许醋,拌匀

包上保鲜膜放冰箱腌制三小时以上,西瓜会自己出汁(如果盐放得不多的话这个汁水也超好喝的!就是带点咸的醋味西瓜汁????清爽解腻)
