用料
鸡脚 | 1斤 |
生抽、醋 | 1:1比例 |
香油 | 适量 |
小米椒 | 适量 |
香菜 | 适量 |
蒜 | 适量 |
白糖 | 适量 |
料酒 | 2汤勺 |
姜 | 6片 |
柠檬???? | 4片 |
酸辣鸡脚的做法
鸡脚剪掉指甲盖,切成两半冲洗干净,放入锅内,倒入凉水没过鸡脚,放入料酒、姜片,水开煮6分钟关火????,把鸡脚放入凉水或冰水里泡会(这样做出来的鸡脚比较爽口)捞出滤水备用;

洗净的香菜、小米椒切段,蒜切碎放入大碗里;

倒入1:1的生抽、醋,柠檬片,尝一下酸味,根据自己的口味加入适量的白糖,香油,搅拌均匀;

放入鸡脚;

搅拌均匀,盖好盖子或者保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏5个小时左右;
